For use in sink or bowl fill the sink or bowl with enough soapy water to cover half the height of the brush.  
Bench mounted - after swishing glass in soapy water swirl on brush then rinse in sink.
Ensure suction cup is pressed firmly onto a clean, smooth, level surface.
